Rental Policies

Renters must meet the minimum age requirement for the vehicle they book. Drivers under 25 are allowed. If any under-25 conditions or fees apply, they are shown clearly before booking and never introduced at pickup.

You must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of identity. You may also be asked for additional verification during booking. Documents are uploaded online so there are no surprise document requests at pickup.

All bookings are made online and start as pending approval. Approval includes license verification and basic eligibility checks. You receive a confirmation after approval so there is no confusion about whether you are booked.

Daily rates are shown upfront. Your estimated total includes rental cost, taxes, and required fees. What you see online is what you pay.

A security deposit is required. The amount is shown clearly before booking, not as a surprise charge. Deposits may be reduced for members (Almighty Club) when applicable.

Mileage rules are shown on the car detail page. If a car has a mileage limit, the limit and any overage policy are explained upfront. There are no hidden mileage penalties.

Protection plans are optional. You can view options, toggle plans, and see the price change immediately. There is no forced coverage without clear disclosure.

Pickup instructions are sent after approval. Pickup may include local pickup or airport drop-off when offered. The drop-off process is explained clearly so you always know where and how to return the vehicle.

Late return rules are explained upfront. Any additional charges are described clearly and are not vague or arbitrary. There are no mystery penalties.

Please return the vehicle in similar condition and follow basic care rules. No smoking in vehicles. We keep expectations simple and reasonable.

Cancellation rules are shown before booking. Any deadlines or fees are stated clearly. There are no hidden cancellation penalties.

Renters are responsible for traffic violations, tolls, and tickets during the rental period. These are not hidden fees; they are driver responsibilities.
